Many people are under a lot of pressure. Make sure when you call you ask if it is a good time to talk. Most will say yes, but it immediately shows you respect their time. Also, depending on how well you know the person, you should target your call. Plan a specific topic you want to talk about. The higher up the ladder the person is in the company, the more targeted your conversation should be. After you talk with someone, write down the information that youve learned about them. It makes prospects feel important when it appears you remember all about them the next time you call.

The process of how a pearl comes to be is pretty cool, if I do say so myself. Pearls are created when an object such as a small rock enters an oyster or mussel. The oyster/mussel than covers the object with something called nacre and a pearl is eventually created. The amount of the nacre coating is dependent on the mollusk, the water composition, and the length of time that the irritant is left inside to develop. As nacre thickness increases, so does the quality and durability of the pearl.
The pattern of God for marriage begins in the book of Genesis. In the beginning, God created man and woman (Gen. 1:27). After mans formation (Gen. 2:8), the Lord planted a garden where He placed man to dress and KEEP it (Gen. 2:15). Dress, in Hebrew, is defined as to work or to serve. Therefore, mans first duty assigned by the Lord God was to WORK in the garden. Secondly, he was to keep it which meant he was to guard and protect the garden and the inhabitants thereof. He was not only protecting the Lord Gods garden, but his home because this is where the Lord had placed him (Gen 2:8).
